Htel Serviced Apartments Amstelveen
The majority of the 255 apartments, are located in the 14-story Htel Serviced Apartments complex in Amstelveen (home of many international companies) and measure 45m2. Several apartments are even 90 m2, ideal for small families or guests who prefer more space and is also an excellent option for holiday rental. Other 90m2 apartments can be used as office apartments, as they have separate entrances and include office furniture, making it easy to differentiate the private section from the business area.
These self catering apartments have one thing in common: they are fully and comfortably furnished and stylishly laid out. The attractive apartment complex also features a unique ‘female only’ floor, a new fitness centre, a large launderette area with washing machines and dryers, swimming pool, sauna, Turkish steam bath, board rooms and a business lounge. These communal areas are accessible without charge to all our residents and their guests.
Each apartment has its own fully fitted and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven, sitting and dining area, bedroom with double or twin beds, and bathroom with bath tub. Also included, of course, are telephone, high speed cable internet, a music system and flat screen television, ironing facilities, a small vacuum cleaner, and a personal built-in safe.
In addition, there are plenty of free (secure) parking spaces in the area, and the apartment is cleaned every week and supplied with clean linen and towels. Repairs are carried out without delay by our own dedicated maintenance team. |

We offer 45 large, and fully-equipped luxury apartments measuring 60, 90, 130 or 150 m2, and representing what Htel Serviced Apartments considers to be the best in the market.
These apartments are highly suitable for corporate rental, holiday rental visiting Amsterdam and multiple occupancy or family use.
The spacious 360° Sky lounge, as well as the meeting room on the top floor, offer a spectacular view overlooking the city, and are perfectly located for holding business meetings or entertaining guests. The apartments bear the names of well known Dutch artists: Mondriaan, Vermeer, Van Gogh and Rembrandt.
Each air-conditioned self catering apartment has its own fully outfitted and equipped kitchen with refrigerator, oven and microwave, sitting and dining area, bedroom with double or twin beds, and bathroom with bath tub and separate shower.
