Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Teamleader Food & Beverage
Hyatt Place is a welcoming place, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our hotel has 330 rooms and an inviting restaurant and bar, welcoming guests from all over the world for breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also facilitate several meetings and events in our spacious event spaces.
 
We are looking for an easy-going and flexible person, dedicated to creating memorable experiences for our guests. As F&B Supervisor, you are part of the Food & Beverage Team with amazing colleagues, reporting directly to the F&B Team Leader & F&B Manager. You will be responsible for the smooth running of the restaurant, bar & banqueting area
 
Responsibilities
 

• You are responsible for coaching and leading all Food & Beverage Hosts (restaurant, bar, meeting places) and collaborate with other departments.
• You lead by example by creating connections with guests and leading the team’s success by increasing guest satisfaction scores.
• You coach the team by giving constructive feedback and personalized on the job trainings.
• You assist the Restaurant Manager in optimizing the sales of the outlets and identify improvement areas.
• You ensure the team achieves their goals.
• You inspire your team to create memorable experiences for our guests.
• You are responsible for internal communication such as briefings and ensuring all team members are up to date regarding any changes, promotions etc.

Qualifications

• Experience in Food & Beverage
• Fluent in English
• Flexible in working different shifts 

Preferred Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a previous role
• Familiar with Micros and/or Opera
