As a Night Cleaner, you are an important face for Volkshotel. You will take care of all the public spaces and hotel rooms during the night hours (02:00 - 10:00). You’ll make sure that everything is clean, tidy and dust free. You’ll be part of our Housekeeping team and be supervised by the Housekeeping Manager.

Your responsibilities:

Cleaning public spaces and hotel rooms (occasionally)
Cleaning furniture and corridors
Vacuuming floors and cleaning bathrooms
Signaling technical defects in hotel rooms and public areas
The storage and disposal or removal of waste and debris
Undertake regular deep cleaning tasks
Transporting dirty and clean linen

What do we ask?

You speak and understand English or Dutch
You have a flexible work ethic
You’re a team player
You have a proactive approach to work
You have attention to detail, organisational skills and an 'obsession' with cleanliness
You live in Amsterdam or nearby
You have experience with cleaning hotel rooms
You like to be part of an unique team
You are willing to work night shifts

What do we offer?
Salary based on Horeca CAO (referencefunction T.3.I schaal 3 €1729,76 - €1992,57 per month)
