Housekeeping Floor Supervisor

What are we looking for?
Housekeeping Floor Supervisors serving Hilton Worldwide Brand hotels are always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, and values that follow:

 

• Previous experience in a Housekeeping supervisory role
• A successful track record of managing a team
• Strong organizational and analytic skills
• An attention to details
• Relevant educational background such as hotel management school
• Strong communication skills
• Flexibility to respond to a range of different work situations
• Flexibility to work morning, afternoon and evening shifts during weekdays and weekends
• A passion for delivering exceptional levels of guest service
• Proficiency, preferred, with computers and computer programs, including Microsoft Office
• Ability to work on your own and in a team
• Fluent in English speaking and writing
• Excellent grooming
• Able to work under stressful working conditions
• It would be advantageous in this position if you demonstrate the capability to be fluent in Dutch speaking and writing.
