What’s The Job?   The moment a guest steps into one of our hotels, they walk into a genuinely memorable experience. As Housekeeping Supervisor you’ll help the Executive Housekeeper in supervising all aspects of housekeeping and laundry – and ensure high standards are maintained.     

You Are Responsible For 

• Check public areas, guest rooms, equipment, linens are clean and in good repair advise team members of areas of improvements   
• Handle (special) requests and needs to achieve complete guest satisfaction for all our guests 
• Manage day-to-day staffing requirements 
• Provide mentoring, coaching and regular feedback to help improve employee performance 
• Educate and train all employees in compliance with governmental and safety regulations.
• Ensure all staff has the tools and equipment to carry out job duties 
• Promote teamwork and quality service through daily communication and coordination with the operational teams
• May assist with deep cleaning projects and/or assist housekeeping staff during high volume periods 
• Control expenses with a focus on increased productivity. 
• Maintain proper inventory levels, managing cost per room for supplies and labor (example: bed & bath linen reuse and laundry operation). 

    What do we need from you ?

• Good communication and social skills 
• Fluent English  
• Housekeeping experience preferred 
• Ability to work on your own or as part of a team 
• Flexibility - morning, evening, weekend and holiday shifts are all part of the job. 
• Experience - ideally you have worked one year in a housekeeping supervision position. 
• Stress-resistant, organized and representative
