Our hotel is only as good as the people it employs. You’re passionate, focused and driven about making every guest’s experience ‘ridiculously personal’, making their stay unforgettable, in all the right ways.

Regarding the role, it’s as the job title says really, you will be in charge of the Rooms Division departments. You will have specific areas of responsibility for Front Office and Housekeeping, which is where your efficient and meticulous nature will truly come into play.
 
With your ambition to grow, you will use your time in this role to prove what you can do within your own areas of responsibility, but to also use this time to work with the General Manager and other managers to build strong relationships and expand your learning of how the whole hotel works.
 
It’s a physical role and although there are the usual meetings and  briefings, you will be on your feet most of the day; out and about in the hotel chatting with your guests and your team, so fitness will be key for you, although reasonable adjustments can be made when required. There’s a lot of people around in the hotel, so you will need to be able to communicate well with everyone. It is necessary for this role to speak Dutch and English fluently.
 
HOW DO YOU WOW OUR GUESTS?

As a key manager within the hotel you are responsible for knowing your guests and their preferences. You need to ensure you and your team provide the ‘wow’ factor to all of them when they enter the hotel and specifically for you, their room. You need to ensure they receive a heartfelt welcome and make sure everything is just right and exceeds their expectations. You need to work with your teams to bring that personal touch to their stay.
 
You’ll make sure the hotel is in pristine condition, the guests feel welcomed with a personal touch and their room is perfect. Yes we have standards and procedures that everyone in the team has to follow, but it’s down to you to make their stay special and memorable.
 
HOW DO YOU SHOW YOU GENUINELY CARE ABOUT YOUR COLLEAGUES?

You need to foster a positive work environment for all your team and ensure they display their personalities and creativity, whilst adhering to the standards.
 
You will provide clear communication to your team and respect them all as individuals. We’re all a bit different, but that’s why we're looking for you, we love your individuality.
