Is it your ambition to fulfill a role of General Manager later on? As an Operations Management Intern you will gain insights into daily activities and responsibilities. You are located in the heart of the hotel and are closely involved in the daily activities of our General Manager. We are looking for a Management Assistant Intern.

• You offer a warm welcome to everyone, show passion for hospitality and make every guest feel valued
• You actively anticipate the requests of guests, you passionately exceed their expectations and enjoy helping colleagues where necessary and seize new challenges to take on new ways of working
• You will work closely with all departments to ensure the operation runs smoothly and ensure that our guest experience is coordinated and seamless
• Helpful, can-do approach and passion for great service and making a great impression every time. These words surround you as a person.
• You want to boost the commercial performance of the hotel by growing sales, promoting events and proposing other initiatives
• You support the operational department heads in their management tasks, such as support in administration, setting up department schedules, performing quality checks, etc.
• You are available for an internship with a minimum duration of 5 months. This internship is offered throughout the year, so if you are interested, apply and we will see if a suitable start date can be arranged for you
• Hospitality is in your DNA!

• You have a good command of the English language and excellent communication skills
