Are you an eager and food & beverage orientated hotel student that is looking for a first step towards a management career in the luxury hotel industry? What are you going to do?
You will support our Food & Beverage Management team and work in close collaboration with our Quality & Duty Manager to ensure we reach the highest quality standards in all our F&B outlets. Not a single day in this role is the same, which makes this internship diverse and exciting. One day you will help the F&B Management team with departmental projects and prepare meetings, the other day you will be training new hires on our service standards and teaching them product knowledge. Next to this, for a minimum of two days a week, you will be on the floor to support our Quality and Duty Manager. You will be responsible for:

• Assisting the Food & Beverage Management team with daily operations and long-term projects;
• Administrative support to speed up our operational and administrative processes;
• Performing quality checks and addressing gaps to team members and managers;
• Finding sustainable solutions to contribute to overall guest satisfaction;
• Support with ad hoc tasks that a related to the continuous development of our guest service standards.

Who are you?
For this opportunity we are looking for a student who is eager to learn and passionate about both the five-star luxury hotel industry and food & beverage. Furthermore, you:

• Have excellent command of English and Dutch language (written and spoken);
• Are enrolled in a Bachelor study, preferably with a hotel background;
• Genuine interest to take the first step towards a management career within a hotel;
• Prior experience in operational Food & Beverage roles;
• Are flexible and stress resistant;
• Are available for a minimum period of at least 6-10 months.
