What are you going to do?
As our new Food & Beverage Manager you will have operational responsibility of all Food & Beverage service departments in our hotel. You dedicate your time and attention to ensuring that each guest that enters one of your outlets receives personalised and outstanding service from your teams. The majority of your time will be spent in the office but as part of your daily responsibilities you are also on the floor with the operational teams. On a daily basis you sit with outlet managers and guide them on both operational and commercial matters.
On a weekly basis you will sit together with the hotel’s management team to promote collaboration between departments. Supported by the Hotel Manager and Executive Chef you oversee the profit and loss of your department and take necessary actions to ensure profitability. Within this role you will be supported by the Food & Beverage Coordinator.

The Food & Beverage department consists of two restaurants, lounge, cocktail bar, room service and meeting & events department. Although each outlet has its own identity, there is a shared focus on delivering a luxury experience through personalised service and high-end products.

Who are you?
As our new Food & Beverage Manager, you are comfortable with taking on the challenge of managing all Food & Beverage service operations of our hotel. You collaborate well with other departments and throughout your career you have honed your communication skills. Next to overseeing guest service, you are able to think commercially and know how to keep your mangers to their budgets and targets. You dedicate time to the development of your managers and coach them to achieve their operational targets. Furthermore, you have:

• A minimum of 4-5 years of management experience in a luxury hotel;
• Excellent verbal knowledge of the English and Dutch language;
• Passion, skill and knowledge regarding Food & Beverage Management (preference for hotel school graduates);
• Commercial mindset and ability to balance profit and loss;
• The ability and insight to develop your team;
• Ability to work morning, evening and weekend shifts;
• Drive to succeed and the ability to overcome obstacles.
