What to expect:

You will lead the Food & Beverage outlets within art’otel amsterdam; ARCA Restaurant, ARCA Bar, Events in the art’otel Gallery, Breakfast, Rooms & Minibar service.
You ensure the team and whole operation are focused on delivering a truly memorable experience.
You will drive the commercial performance of F&B by growing sales, promoting events and developing new concepts/menus – while effectively managing costs, stocks and suppliers.
You will be a passionate advocate of our F&B offering, and a visible, hands-on leader who promotes an empowering culture within the team.
You will take a direct role in the overall management of the hotel.

You have at least 5 years of experience as Food & Beverage Manager in a restaurant with the highest standard of service.
