As an Operations Manager you will be leading, inspiring, coaching and mentoring the different teams within the hotel, in further embedding the strong culture and assuring authenticity is at the heart of everything we do.
 
We are looking for an Operations Manager who:
  • Ensures a smooth functioning of our hotel operations, with a strong focus on food & beverage; 
  • Drives guest satisfaction, team member satisfaction, financial goals & responsible business/legal targets;
  • Effectively leads & develops the team and management;
  • Optimizes our resources ensuring they are used to their full potential;
  • Identifies areas where improvements can be made to the quality of our products and services;
  • Is an active member of the management team;
  • Has relevant experience in a prestigious hotel and fine dining F&B concept.
