Will you become our new most hospitable all day dining Restaurant Manager and member of our Management team?

We are looking for the right individual who will ensure a smooth, efficient and profitable by NOA Restaurant and Coffee & Wine Lounge. You will be responsible for the business performance, quality standards and health & safety requirements of the restaurant.

The restaurant by Noa has 38 seats, where breakfast, lunch and a la carte dinner are served. Separately is the Coffee & Wine Lounge, where we serve 5 different coffees and 60 wines by the glass and bottle. Adjacent to the Coffee & Wine Lounge is our terrace with 35 seats. In the cozy 3 banqueting rooms we host meetings and small private dining groups.

The main responsibilities include:
  • Represent the Restaurant in all its aspects like meet and greet guests, offers advice about the menu and wine choices
  • Recruits, trains, manages and motivates staff
  • Lead, train and continuously educate to develop the team to a higher aspired quality of service level and to stimulate career progression
  • Ensure operational policies and brand standards are being met/delivered
  • Maintains interdepartmental communication and co-operation with the kitchen to achieve common goals
  • Proposes recommendations, and accordingly implements, menu changes together with the Head Chef
  • Analyses and plan restaurant sales, cost and profitability levels
  • Checks stock levels and orders supplies

  • Are graduated from a hotel school or do have a comparable level of knowledge and skills through work experience
  • Have 2 to 3 years of work experience in a comparable position.
  • Successfully lead a team (your team rocks!)
  • Are known as enthusiastic, hospitable, team-builder, flexible, stress-resistant and representative (your friends and family are not the only one who will confirm that)
  • Will be in control of the computers instead of you are in their control!
  • Need to be in the possession of a social hygiene & Dutch HACCP & Allergen Certificate
  • Need to have a “SVH Teacher” diploma
  • Speak and write Dutch and English

What do we have to offer you:
  • Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
  • This position is classified in scale 7 with a salary between the €2.325 - €2.900 gross per month according to the Horeca CAO
  • 25 vacation days per year
