Who are we?

Campanile is one of the six hotel brands of the Louvre Hotels group: the fifth-largest hotel chain in the world. Our hotels are located all over the world, with 16 across Benelux. We have hotels in cities like Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Delft and Antwerp, with rooms varying from 40 to 112 in each one.

What does a day as an all-around service employee look like?

• As an all-around service employee, you work closely with the team to ensure that the guests of the hotel can experience the optimal guest experience. This includes the following activities:
• You are a jack-of-all-trades and you like to take on various activities within the reception and restaurant.
• You provide service to our guests by welcoming them, checking them in and answering their questions.
• You take orders from our guests and serve food and drinks.
• You work neatly according to company regulations.

• You have an open attitude and are eager to find solutions
