ARCA, Amsterdam’s hottest destination restaurant & bar concept by the two Michelin star award-winning Portuguese chef Henrique Sá Pessoa, is on a treasure hunt to find our new Restaurant Manager! Henrique, recently named as one of the Top 100 Best Chef’s in the World, opened ARCA in November 2021 as his first restaurant in Europe outside of Lisbon, and the funkier, more relaxed sister to his other outposts. ARCA offers a fine dining atmosphere in a relaxed and approachable Portuguese sharing plates concept with modern flavours, Asian influences, and impressive cocktails. We are looking for a Restaurant Manager who will: 

Inspire the ARCA team to provide an energetic and enriched experience that guests will talk about for a long time.
Create an environment where everyone, team members and guests, can be their true selves.
Play a key role in driving the success of ARCA, creating the perfect balance between high service standards quality and achieving business goals.

Be open, brave and learn everyday but most of all have fun while doing it.
