HR Coordinator

• You are responsible for the complete process around on- and off boarding
• You are the go-to person for all employees with questions around HR related topics
• You take care of all administration; such as preparing contracts, updating colleague files, payroll mutations etc.
• Together with the HR Manager you ensure Dutch labor laws and Hyatt policies are followed and implemented;
• You coordinate the recruitment process together with the department heads
• You organize all colleague related events, e.g. General Staff Meeting, Staff Summer Party

• We offer flexible scheduling, you can start your shift any time between 7AM and 11 AM

• You are fluent in English and Dutch;
• You are comfortable with administrative tasks;
• You have an eye for detail, are a good organizer and proactive;
• You have a hospitality and/or human resources background in either study or experience.
