To qualify for this position, we ask the following:

  • MBO degree 4 or Bachelor degree in the hospitality segment
  • Minimum 1 years of experience in a similar position
  • You master the English language at a fluent level, further languages are a plus
  • Able to work in a team, prioritize tasks and capable to handle stressful situations
  • Seeking a flexible schedule

What are you going to do in this position?
As a Front Desk Manager, you are responsible for the daily routine within the reception. Whether performing check-in’s, check-out’s or various guest requests you perform in a friendly and enthusiastic manner, constantly creating a sense of luxury and exceeding guest expectations. Become a leading role within the Front Office, training and motivating the team and have the ambition to overwhelm both our guests and colleagues by providing excellent service.
