Algemene informatie

We are looking for a representative, enthusiastic, flexible, and hospitable Guest Relations Officer.

Main responsibilities include:
  • Check-in and check-out our (executive) guests according to the Mövenpick standards
  • Handling and follow up on all guest requests
  • Managing and maintaining guest profiles
  • Answering internal and external telephone calls as needed
  • Ensuring proper billing and charging of all accounts
  • Communicating information regarding our guests to the relevant internal departments
  • Handling special requests (ex: birthday, anniversary, honeymoon, etc.)
  • Handling guest’s feedback and complaints
  • Preparing the arrival of our VIP guests
  • Conducting VIP Meet & Greet procedures
  • Preparing VIP and Executive welcome gift distribution and turndown service
  • Providing the extra added value to all guests, but with special focus on our VIP guests.

The Guest Relations Officers are fully trained to work reception duties as well. Furthermore, other concierge related tasks will be completed when needed.

  • Hospitable, enthusiastic, flexible, stress resistant and representative person!
  • Adequate educational background, preferably at a hotel school
  • Sufficient knowledge of the Dutch and English language is mandatory, a third language is an extra advantage
  • 1 to 2 years work experience in a similar position is preferred
  • Good communication skills, problem solving skills and stress resistant.

What do we have to offer you:
  • Full-time contract of 38 hours per week
  • This position is classified in scale 5 with a salary between the €2052,36 - €2524,17 gross per month according to the Horeca CAO.
  • 25 vacation days per year
  • Travel allowance up to €150,- per month, based on the amount of km.
  • Night allowance of 20% and Sunday allowance of 5%
