Park Plaza Victoria Amsterdam is looking for a Front Office Host(ess) who will do their best to give guests a moment they won't forget and we will help you to achieve this goal.

We are looking for a spontaneous and welcoming Front Office Host(ess).

Are you the perfect match?

You are available for 38 hours per week
You have excellent interpersonal skills and able to connect with others
You manage requests promptly, helpfully, politely and with a caring attitude
You will be responsible for a smooth check in and check out process as well as taking ownership in making the guests' stay memorable
You will handle administrative tasks which will to be handled throughout the shift
You possess a good command of English and has excellent communication skills
Your biggest motivator? Exceeding guests' expectations and getting them to return for a 2nd (or even 3rd) visit!
