Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Front Office Host (0-hour)!
Hyatt Place is a welcoming place, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our hotel has 330 rooms and we welcome guests from all over the world.
We are looking for an easy-going and flexible person, dedicated to creating remarkable connections during the daily interactions with guests. As Front Office Host you are part of the Front Office Team and work together with international, motivated and driven colleagues. You will be coached by experienced Teamleaders, who care about your personal development. You have an 0-hour contract which makes your schedule flexible and perfect to combine with for example studies.

  • You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
  • You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
  • You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out.
  • You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
  • You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;
  • You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.


  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are flexible working different shifts (morning and evening shifts)
  • You are available minimum 2 shifts per week;
  • You are passionate about hospitality;
  • You are open minded and eager to learn;
  • You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;
  • You embrace change;
  • You have strong communication skills.

Preferred qualifications

  • You have experience in a customer-oriented job;
  • You are familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.
