Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Front Office Host!
 
Long story short, you are an easy-going and flexible person, dedicated to creating remarkable connections during the daily interactions with guests. As Front Office Host you are part of the Front Office Team and work together with international, motivated and driven colleagues.
 
You will be coached by experienced Teamleaders, who care about your personal development. We can offer a part-time or full-time contract (between 16 and 38 hours). Our hotel, with 330 rooms, is easily to reach via public transport or you can make use of our free parking.

Responsibilities
  • You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
  • You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
  • You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;
  • You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
  • You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;
  • You are pro-active in working towards achieving our team and hotel goals.
 
Qualifications
  • You are fluent in English;
  • You are available for part-time or full-time (between 16 and 38 hours)
  • You are flexible working different shifts; morning and evening
  • You are passionate about hospitality;
  • You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;
  • You have strong communication skills.
  • You have a European passport or Dutch working permit
Preferred qualifications
  • You have experience in a customer-oriented job;
  • You are familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.
