• You bring your unique personality to our team of dedicated Front Office Hosts;
• You increase guest satisfaction scores by creating connections with our guests;
• You take ownership in providing a memorable experience – from checking in through to checking out;
• You take care of internal as well as external phone calls;
• You take ownership of handling guest complaints and requests in a timely manner;

• We offer a salary according to the Dutch Labor Agreement of Hospitality (Horeca CAO), 8% vacation allowance & travel allowance.
• We offer free parking for all our colleagues. You can also park your car when you go on holiday and make free use of our Shuttle bus to go to Schiphol Airport.
• In addition we offer 5 extra paid paternity days after 1 year of service.
• With our incentive program for breakfast upsell you can make between 10% and 20% on top of your salary over all breakfast's sold. 

• You have a European passport or Dutch working permit
• You are fluent in English and have strong communication skills;
• You are flexible working different shifts; morning and evening
• You are passionate about hospitality;
• You have an enthusiastic and caring attitude;

• You have experience in a customer-oriented job;
• You are familiar with OPERA and/or Micros.
