We are looking for experienced customer service experts for the role of Guest Services Supervisor. Our Guest Services supervisors are leading all aspects of the day-to-day Guest Services Operation to ensure all guests are provided with a premium level of service.

The Essentials:

Supervise and guide the Guest Services Team in their daily operation to assist guests with their requests, concerns and questions at the desk or on the phone

Making sure that all guest complaints are followed up on and solved in a timely manner

Provide Guest Services Training and daily or weekly team meetings

Document and conduct performance conversations focused on achievements, development and improvement opportunities

Provide guidance and oversight to the Guest Services Administrator, Guest Relations Lead positions and Neptune Lounge concierge in their daily duties

The Requirements:

College degree in Hospitality/Hotel Management or Business Administration

Minimum of 1 year supervisory experience within a Front Office environment (ship experience is preferred)

Fluency in English, as well as a fluency in another foreign language (Dutch, German or Spanish preferred)

Proven ability to lead, motivate and coach staff

Ability to multi-task and evidence of strong organizational skills

Ability to work in a multi-national team

Working knowledge of computers, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, and Power point)

A true passion for customer service and handling guest complaints
