Within the commercial team we are looking for a fulltime Reservations Agent to support the IHG award winning Crowne Plaza Amsterdam – South, the recently opened lifestyle hotel voco The Hague and the new Holiday Inn® The Hague – Voorburg.
 
You will be part of a young team of enthusiastic and commercially driven people and are responsible for the individual reservations. Your mission is to maximize the conversion of the reservations and to become the ambassador of our hotels.
 
What will make you our perfect candidate?

• Experience would be nice, but we love to learn/teach you how to become a successful reservation agent and a great ambassador of our hotels
• Guest service is something you love
• You are a go getter who loves to get results
• You have a creative mind-set and create the best deals for both guests and hotel
• You take the responsibility to build true meaningful connections with the team and guests
• You like a challenge and are a real people’s person and team player
• Have a sense of humor
• You are fluent in speaking, reading, writing and understanding Dutch & English
• You have the confidence to become ‘the ambassador’ of Crowne Plaza Amsterdam-South, Voco The Hague & Holiday Inn® The Hague – Voorburg.
