Groups & Events Coordinator
You are a natural in organising events, from enquiry stage to after-sales. As a highly enthusiastic and creative team player, you will feel at home in this luxury environment. You enjoy combining the requirements of your client with the possibilities the hotel offers.

What are you going to do?
As Groups & Events Coordinator you are able to work with deadlines and continuously changing situations. You have sales skills and are able to give personalised advice to clients with regards to the events they are organising.

• You are responsible for sales pitches to clients with regards to specific enquiries, and booking and coordinating group/event reservations;
• You prepare proposals for groups/events and are responsible for managing existing enquiries;
• You facilitate site visits for potential clients in the hotel;
• Prior to and during the arrival, you are the contact for the guests;
• You ensure that all group/event information, are communicated and actioned by the operational departments of the hotel.
• Together with the Groups & Events team you achieve/exceed the given revenue target.

Who are you?
Our new colleague is passionate about event coordination, aligned with the client’s needs and has a positive approach with their own sales style. He or she excels in translating the client’s wishes to possibilities at our hotel, is well organised, versatile, and is able to multi-task. You are a team player with a great sense of responsibility. Furthermore, you have:

• Completed a Bachelor study, with a strong preference for hotel management;
• Excellent knowledge of English (verbal and written) with a preference for Dutch speakers;
• Experience within the hotel industry or in organising events;
• Experience with Opera and/or Delphi (preference).
