Because we are looking for an Events Planning Specialist!

Your MINDSET:

What does the ROLE entail?
  • Preparing Event Confirmations for internal functions and menu tastings;
  • Providing administrative support, including but not limited to creating proposals and contracts after receiving an Envision activity and typing up menus, placing cards and table plans;
  • Handling Event Confirmation and Change Log distribution;
  • Preparing client presentation, utilizing the correct photography and materials;
  • Attending a daily briefing, Event Confirmation meetings and any other meetings as required;
  • Fully and correctly using Envision;
  • Maintaining complete records of all Letters of Agreement and quotes for the hotel.

Your EXPERIENCE:
  • At least 1 year experience working in Events or in a Coordinator role, preferably in a Hotel;
  • A degree in Hospitality / Tourism, ideally with a focus in Events, or equivalent experience;
  • Great language and communication skills in English and in Dutch;
  • Unafraid of events related administrative tasks, projects and responsibilities;
  • A fun loving and energetic person;
  • Committed to delivering a high level of customer service;
  • Outstanding organizational and administration skills;
  • Aware of proper telephone etiquette and confident when on the phone;
  • Exceptional grooming standards;
  • Legally allowed to work in the Netherlands, holding an EU/EEA passport or a valid work permit for the country (we do not assist with Visa / permit applications).
