As we are currently expanding our national sales team, we are looking for new talent to join the team.
What will I be doing?
As Inside Sales Executive, you will be hunting and developing new business opportunities. This specific role is responsible for accounts and prospect in the Amsterdam Region and respective industries for the Netherlands.
You will be developing new business opportunities for the hotels in the Netherlands by connecting with prospects or customers via calls, emails, or other online channels. For this role we are looking for an eager, communicative and commercial driven person.

Specifically, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

  • Research and prospecting of business opportunities for the Netherlands, representing 7 hotels in the area.
  • Develop prospects and leads which you will nurture and assign to the sales team to further develop into small & medium sized accounts to drive business and increase market share in all revenue streams
  • Initiate creative sales activities to drive more customer awareness and interest
  • Monitor performance on a monthly basis in order to review variances, pace and developments.
  • Weekly and Monthly updates on account development, lead generation and prospecting via sales reporting tools.
  • Support Sales Managers with various activities, account development and client entertainment.
  • Support with reporting and analyses for the complete cluster organization 

Job Requirements

An Inside Sales Executive serving Hilton brands is always working on behalf of our Guests and working with other Team Members. To successfully fill this role, you should maintain the attitude, behaviors, skills, experience and values that follow:

  • Pro-active sales or banquet sales experience in the hospitality or leisure industry.
  • Eager, passionate fore sales and drive to achieve targets
  • Ability to work under pressure and under own initiative
  • Fluent in English & Dutch both oral and written communication
  • Extensive knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Degree-level qualification in a relevant field
  • Driver’s license
