 Online Marketing Coordinator – Web Development:

• Manages website creation, redesign, and improvements projects, including brand.com (radissonhotels.com), standalone hotel and destination restaurants websites, online listings, integrations and similar.
• Monitors, reviews, and tests current and new website functionality to ensure online product quality for our owned and managed websites.
• Research (internally and externally) and provides input for new / improved functionality on websites (front-end and back-end)
• Initiates and moderates stakeholder input, tracks and informs stakeholders of changes or milestones/feedback points in digital projects.
• Serves as a central point of contact regarding owned projects within the company, can critically examine and provide advice to business stakeholders.
• Coordinates business needs, priorities, assets, and feedback with web development agencies appointed by the company.
• Requests and reviews content changes for the coordinator's region, keeping in mind UX and (technical) SEO.
• Tracks and analyses website traffic, audience, SEO reports and provides regular internal reports.
• Based on analytics and platform monitoring, advises on content and website performance, and identifies opportunities for content owners to focus on.
• Provide training and troubleshooting to other company stakeholders on CMS, online tools, and analytics systems.
