Reporting to the Web Development Manager, the Digital Content Coordinator will be responsible for supporting, maintaining and distributing digital content for the Group. Ideally, you'll be a multi-hyphenate professional with expertise in project management, SEO and analytics.

Are you eager to contribute to the ins and outs of Digital Marketing for the PPHE Hotel Group? We are looking for a technical, fast learner and stakeholder management talent to join our international Digital Marketing team in Amsterdam overseeing a series of exciting hotels, restaurants & bars digital portfolios!

Your responsibilities:

Co-ordinate and implement content changes and landing page creation for our websites and other owned channels.
Undertake thorough audits of our channels, report on content performance and identify areas for improvement.
Communicate and coordinate with internal teams, agencies, and partners on website issues and improvements.
Ensure all content uploaded aligns with online copywriting, SEO and UX best practices.
Identify content gaps and make recommendations for further improvement to drive online conversion rates.
Own and manage our shared team inbox where stakeholders report content updates - ensuring this is organised into a structured task list with pre-agreed turnaround times.
Work with the regional marketing teams to support the hotel content matrix process, ensuring all information remains relevant and accurate at all times.
Coordinate updates and distribution of our Asset Management tools, including but not limited to ICE Portal.
Be the subject matter expert on the Radisson Hotel Group (RHG) platform and the opportunities available to promote our hotels effectively online.
As the power user of the RHG tool, share knowledge and training with the wider digital and marketing teams.
Contribute to team brainstorms and campaign planning as needed.
