• Work closely together with all hotel departments, seeking proactive opportunities and planned promotions to address specific business challenges, as required
• Identify a targeted and integrated communications strategy for the hotel that is in line with traditional Marketing and Social/Content Marketing and has clearly defined KPI’s
• To direct and coordinate all marketing activities, to make sure they are aligned with the integrated Communications strategy and to communicate these activities throughout the hotel
• To act as a Brand Guardian for all aspects of Marketing ensuring that all activities are aligned with the brand.
• To ensure all hotel advertising and collateral (local Food and Beverage, recruitment, etc.) are of consistent high standards, and that they comply with the brand standards and the individual restaurant outlets brand identity and appropriate target market.
• To manage the content strategy on the hotel’s own media including the Hotel Website, mini-site(s) and social platforms, with a focus on tracking and analyzing engagement
• To maintain the annual marketing communications budgets, including above the line advertising, digital & content marketing, e-marketing, public relations, sales promotions and publicity that will form part of the hotel’s business plan

• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands;
• You have great language skills in English and preferably in Dutch as well;
• You have IT skills and are familiar with social media;
• You are pro-active, creative and customer focused;

• You have either completed a hospitality or marketing study or (trainee) experience in a similar position
