At the Front Office you are, together with you colleagues, the face of Novotel Amsterdam City. You are the first contact point within the hotel from the moment you welcome our guests from the moment they leave. You grant them service with a smile!

With 610 renovated rooms, 1 restaurant, 17 meeting rooms, a fitness and sauna, we are one of the largest 4-star hotel in the Benelux. We do this with a team of around 140 employees where we know each other, interact with each other and have fun alongside work!

What can you expect?
Together with your Front Office colleagues you are in charge of making sure our guests will enjoy a memorable stay. This is from helping with guest inquiries till checking in and checking out. You are someone who has a lot of experience in hospitality and who previously worked with the hotel system Opera.

Who are we looking for?
You are someone who is flexible and wouldn't mind working in the weekend or some days during the week. Furthermore you are someone who is constantly developing her competencies and academic knowledge, either via your studies or similar courses.

Who are we looking for?
We are looking for an enthusiastic and outgoing team member who is available for a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 5 days per week. You have a true passion for hospitality, enjoy working in a team, are flexible, and have a strong eye for detail. Besides this you have;

Preferably, previous experience in Front Office;
Strong verbal and written communication skills and excellent knowledge of the English language;
Experience with PMS Opera / Opera Cloud or with similar systems.
