At our hotel, everything revolves around quality, experience, and high-level service. As a Front Office Receptionist, you are the go-to person for our guests. You anticipate the reason for their visit and make sure they feel at ease from the moment they arrive. Thanks to our Courtyard brand and our location near the Bijlmer Arena, we welcome a unique mix of guests, so no check-in is ever the same. We love to tailor our service to the type of event happening nearby, and for this, your creativity is more than welcome!

What will you do?

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and assist them before, during, and after their stay
• Independently and professionally handle check-ins and check-outs
• Provide excellent concierge service – from restaurant recommendations to directions to the concert venue
• Keep your shift organized by completing checklists
• Ensure the lobby always looks clean and inviting, thanks to your eye for detail
• Work closely with your colleagues and support each other as a team
• Meet new people from all over the world every day
• Follow Marriott standards and radiate positive energy to guests and teammates
• Stay flexible and solution-oriented – just like every true hospitality professional
