SALES COORDINATOR
 
Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is looking for a Sales Coordinator
 
As a Sales Coordinator you are part of the Sales & Marketing Team consisting of 7 driven and international colleagues. You will report directly to the Corporate Sales Manager & Director of Sales and depending on your profile, skills and interest will be focused on the corporate or leisure segment.
 
Hyatt Place Amsterdam Airport is a welcoming place, where guests find uncomplicated experiences in a casual atmosphere. Our hotel has 330 rooms, 6 spacious event spaces, an inviting restaurant and 24/7 bar & market. We welcome guests from all over the world, whether for business, group travel or leisure.
 
Responsibilities
 

• Depending on your profile, skills and interest you will be focused for either the corporate of leisure segment.
• You are responsible for managing existing accounts and new client acquisition together with our sales manager.
• Update and maintain account profile’s in our Hyatt CRM tool.
• Negotiate contracts in line with our current hotel strategy.
• Monitor and analyze market trends and act on any threats/opportunity’s.
• Plan and organize client visits, lunches and client events.
• Maintaining strong, professional relationships with Hyatt’s global sales team, agencies, travel managers and business partners.

Qualifications
 

• You have great language skills in English and preferably Dutch.
• You are creative, pro-active, a natural planner and customer focused.
• You are eligible to work in the Netherlands.
• You thrive through the buzz of working in a dynamic team and in a great hotel.
• You are eager to learn and grow.
• You are ready for a new challenge!

 
 
Preferred qualifications
 

• You have at least one year of work experience in a similar role.
• You have great computer skills and preferably PMS system knowledge as well (e.g. OPERA)
