F&B Attendant – Breakfast & Kitchen

Are you passionate about hospitality, great food and creating memorable guest experiences? We would love to welcome you to our Food & Beverage team at Canal House Amsterdam.

The role

As an F&B Attendant, you are at the heart of our breakfast operation and help create the perfect start to our guests' day.

Your responsibilities include preparing and presenting a beautiful breakfast buffet, preparing fresh dishes such as omelettes and brownies, making specialty coffees and providing warm, attentive service to our guests.

You will also help ensure that the breakfast operation runs smoothly while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, presentation, hygiene and food safety.

We are looking for someone who enjoys working in a hands-on role, takes pride in their work and genuinely enjoys making guests feel welcome.

We are looking for someone who:

Has previous experience in Food & Beverage, hospitality or a similar environment
Has basic kitchen preparation and cooking skills
Is passionate about delivering excellent guest service
Is confident, friendly and representative
Has an eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness and presentation
Can work independently as well as part of a team
Is organised, flexible and able to work in a fast-paced environment
Speaks English confidently
Is energetic, enthusiastic and motivated
Barista experience is a plus

Working hours

This is a full-time position of 38 hours per week, working 5 days per week.

Shifts include early mornings, weekends and public holidays, so flexibility is essential.
