As a Room Attendant, you are responsible for cleaning and replenishing the guest rooms and replenishing the room amenities. Together, we ensure that our guest has a perfect stay! Your daily responsibilities include:

• Cleaning guest rooms and bathrooms
• Vacuuming rooms and hallways
• Changing bed linen, towels, and guest amenities
• Performing regular thorough cleaning tasks
• Refilling and maintaining trolleys
• Reporting missing or damaged items to the Housekeeping Supervisor
• Properly handling guest questions and requests
• Performing lost and found procedures

Who are you? Our team is very diverse and international. It is therefore important that you speak Dutch and/or English well. Working in Housekeeping is very physical. That is why it is important that you are in good shape and can work at a fast pace. Previous Housekeeping experience is a pro, but not a must. If you are willing to learn, we will teach you the rest! It is also important that you are available for at least 4 days per weeks, and available on the weekends. Finally, we can only proceed with candidates who live in (the area of) Rotterdam, and who have the right papers to work in the Netherlands.
