Who understands the high standards of hygiene and cleanliness of our guests
Who is able to work at flexible times including late night shifts finishing at 2am
Who will be responsible for the cleaning of the china, glass and silverware as well as the equipment, machinery and working areas behind the scenes in the kitchen
Who is full of enthusiasm and willing to learn

Who has at some experience in a hotel, restaurant or catering
