You will be at the core of the day-to-day Recruitment operation of our 6 hotels in the Netherlands and soon-to-open art’otel in Rome, allowing you to acquire a full scope of what it takes to be a true support. Are you the perfect match for Talent Acquisition Intern? You:

• Support all recruitment initiatives.
• Support Netherlands TA team on driving Social Media hiring Campaigns.
• Assist Recruiters/TA team on job posting, sourcing, screening…etc.
• Support TA team on data consolidation and analysis
• Support recruiters/TA to innovative resourcing solutions to attract the best talent.
• Refine employment branding messages and materials for campus recruiting.
• Partner with vendors and internal teams on creation of collateral
• Who supports and takes up projects to enhance our Talent Acquisition process.
• Who is the right-hand side of our Regional Talent Acquisition Manager with administrative responsibilities such as reports, data and presentations.
• Proficiency in English (both spoken and written) a must, and Italian is an amazing benefit

• Who is available for an internship with a minimum length of 6 months

Qualifications

• Must be an undergraduate
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Good Problem Solving and Analytical Skills
• Level headed attitude with attention to detail.
