You will also be responsible for Duty Manager services

You will work closely with leaders in other departments to keep operations running smoothly and to ensure our guest experience is coordinated and feels seamless

Your excellent interpersonal skills help you to easily connect with others

You will help us to improve our Guest Satisfaction Score score and arrange WOW amenities

Teamwork = dreamwork. You like to inspire, coach and mentor fellow team members

Passionate about art? Great, because you will be the art representative of the hotel for the new collections in the gallery

Hospitality is in your DNA!

Your English communication skills are on point

You have experience in using Property management Systems (Opera is a pre)

Preferably with previous experience as a Guest Relations Team Leader or Front Office Supervisor in a hotel
